Transport Adaptation Field
The first part of the adaptation field is 8 bits specifying the length of the adaptation field.
The first group of flags consists of (8) 1-bit flags:
The optional fields are present if indicated by one of the preceding flags.
The remainder of the adaptation field is filled with stuffing bytes (0xFF, that is, all ones).
